***New Members! Please Read Before You Make Your First Post!***

We would like to welcome all new members to the venki.topic-zone Downloads community. Our Staff/Admin work very hard to make this a great site to get your favorite Appz, Games, Movies, Music, etc...In order to keep the forums running well and to prevent problems, please read the following & follow these simple rules for the forums here.
General Rules:

* Get to know the site - Software Appz are in the 'Applications' section, Games are in the 'Games' sections, Movies are in the 'Movies' sections, and so on. We also have some sections of general interest such as 'Public Announcements' (where we have Forum & Posting Rules, and other important Forum matters), a 'Members Zone' (fun things & chit-chat), and an 'Introduce Yourself' section (recommended to say hello with your 1st post). We have a 'search' button on the top of the website tool bar. Use it to find what you are looking for.
* Respect the community -Always treat fellow posters , members & Staff with respect and courtesy. While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.
* Member accounts - Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.
* Creating Posts/Threads - Before you make your first post, please review our 'How to Post / Creating Threads' section which provides our guidelines for properly formatting & titling your post.
* Post in Appropriate Section -Try your best to post in the appropriate section. If your post is related to an existing post/topic or thread, post in that thread only, rather than creating a new topic/thread. Don't be upset if we move your post to a more appropriate section.
* Requests - If you cannot find what you are looking for and you want to request something, place you request in the appropriate 'Request' section. If you have a problem with a application, crack, keygen, movie, or game; in detail explain you issue in that respective thread and the thread creator will help you with your problem, DO NOT CREATE A NEW THREAD WITH THE PROBLEM and certainly DO NOT CREATE MULTIPLE THREADS WITH THE PROBLEM. By having the problems and fixes in the respective threads it makes it easier for all of us to learn. If your problem is not getting resolved by that method, feel free to PM a Staff member.
* Multiple Postings - It is simply not acceptable to post your topic or question more than once, or to post it in more than one section. "Bumping" , or repeating posts/requests is PROHIBITED. Choose the thread/section that your topic/question or post best fits in, and place it there and only there. If, after posting, you feel it should be in another thread/section, use the 'Report' button (located at the lower left hand side of each post) and we'll move it. We also reserve the right to move posts to other section and delete duplicates. Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed. Avoid duplicate/multiple posts and threads. Always do a title search using the eSoft "Search" tool before posting, this will help to maintain a neat database and members & Staff will not have to waste time browsing through repeated posts.
* Prohibited Posts - You must not post harmful or disrupting html/javascript. No "live" or "clickable" links to outside sites are allowed. If you need to post with URL, always post with the "Code" Tag unless it is a link to internal thread. No posting of links to other warez or download forums are allowed. This is to stop leechers who are here just to promote their own forums. Any member with such violation may be banned without notice.
* Meaningless Posts - Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such. And although a "Thank You" to our posters is always appreciated, a one or two word "Thanks" (or especially multiple Thanks), with nothing more, is discouraged. If you truly want to give a meaningful Thanks, provide some useful meaningful info to the poster, our viewing members & Staff. ( For example, "Thanks, nice app for XP, download links & app worked fine for me, and provided serial is good for 1 year.") Our Staff members review each & every post on this Forum, and having to review 50 of your 1 word "Thanks" to 50 differnt posters is a waste of everyone's time.
Advertising/Spam - Advertising (except in permitted Advertising section), spamming and trolling is not allowed. You cannot post any affiliate or referral links, or post anything asking for a referral. Such posts will be subject to removal. This includes using the forum email and Private message system to spam other members. No URL links to outside forums are to be posted on the Board, except in permitted Advertising/Bookmark sections (or with Staff/Admin permission).
* Community Standards/ P o R n - This is We also do not allow posts that are sexual in nature (p o r n) or violate eSoft community standards. Also, Keep the profanity to a minimum. Many of which do not appreciate vulgar language. So, the less there is, the better the forum is for everyone. The team shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.
* Reporting Posts - Each post contains a 'Report' button (located at the lower left hand corner of every post) and you should use it to report a post if you think it contains violations to one or more of the board's rules, or when the post has dead links, missing or non-working password, spam, duplicate topic/ post/thread, and/or objectionable content. Your report will alert all Moderators and then Moderators will decide whether to take action upon the reported post. If you are reporting a duplicate topic or something similar, you should provide a link to the original in your report for the Moderators. The purpose of this button is to speed up the removal of offending posts and/ or taking action against offending member. We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice.
* Language Usage - English Language is our official / administrative language. Posting of other languages is permitted, however, if you are going to post non-English on these forums, please also post an English Translation of the text of your post. You may use language translator HERE> http://translate.google.com/translate_t or Yahoo! Babel Fish - Text Translation and Web Page Translation .
* Moderator/Staff Actions - While these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way. The Staff/Admin reserves the right to ban anyone who willfully violates forum rules. You may receive an instant BAN if you post SPAM or P o r n, or if the Staff believes your action(s) merit a BAN. The last thing we want is to ban a member; however, we have to take care of our site and our members who expect a quality spam-free Forum. Other lesser rules violations, such as profanity, abusive language, flaming, rudeness, or repeated violations of posting Rules, etc. may result in a warning/infraction, then a temporary ban, then a permanent ban. PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES.
* Contact Staff/Admin - If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact any of the Staff Members Here:> (Staff Profiles & contact info here).
